The Customer has the right to return or exchange a purchased product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without stating a reason.
The product must be:
unused
unworn
unwashed
free of odors
in its original packaging
with all tags and accessories attached
Due to hygiene reasons, products that show any signs of use cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return or exchange shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except when:
the product is delivered with a defect or damage
the delivered product differs from the ordered product
In these cases, the Seller covers the return and reshipment costs.
The Customer must notify the Seller by email at:
within 14 days of receiving the product.
After notification, the product must be returned within 14 days.

All returned items are subject to inspection.
Refunds will be issued only if the product meets the return conditions.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned product, via:
bank transfer
or the original payment method
The Seller reserves the right to refuse a return if:
the product has been used
tags are missing
the product is damaged or dirty
return conditions are not met
In such cases, the product will be sent back to the Customer at the Customer’s expense.
If a paid product cannot be delivered, the Seller will notify the Customer and refund the amount within 14 days.
