RETURURI ȘI SCHIMBURI

Clientul are dreptul de a returna sau schimba un produs achiziționat în termen de 14 zile calendaristice de la data primirii, fără a fi necesară motivarea deciziei.

Produsul trebuie să fie:

• neutilizat
• nepurtat
• nespălat
• fără mirosuri
• în ambalajul original
• cu toate etichetele și accesoriile atașate

CONDIȚII DE IGIENĂ

Din motive de igienă, produsele care prezintă orice semn de utilizare nu pot fi returnate sau schimbate.

RETURN COSTS

Return or exchange shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except when:

• the product is delivered with a defect or damage

• the delivered product differs from the ordered product

In these cases, the Seller covers the return and reshipment costs.

RETURN PROCEDURE

The Customer must notify the Seller by email at:

within 14 days of receiving the product.

After notification, the product must be returned within 14 days.

IMPORTANT

• Returns sent with cash on delivery will not be accepted

• Shipments must allow inspection upon delivery

• The Seller is not responsible for shipments without tracking or with incorrect address

INSPECTION AND REFUNDS

All returned items are subject to inspection.

Refunds will be issued only if the product meets the return conditions.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned product, via:

• bank transfer

• or the original payment method

 

REFUZUL RETURNĂRII

Vânzătorul își rezervă dreptul de a refuza o returnare în cazul în care:

• produsul a fost utilizat
• lipsesc etichetele
• produsul este deteriorat sau murdar
• condițiile de returnare nu sunt respectate

În astfel de cazuri, produsul va fi retrimis Clientului, pe cheltuiala acestuia.

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

If a paid product cannot be delivered, the Seller will notify the Customer and refund the amount within 14 days.
